What do you want to do when you grow up?
I didn’t have it all figured out.
I wanted to be a dentist—until I worked in a dental office.
Plans changed, and I eventually landed in medical sales, but it wasn’t easy.
It took 18 months of trial and error, countless mistakes, and a lot of confusion about the job, healthcare, and even the interview process.
Finally, with help from a recruiter (shoutout to Jim Tipton) I landed a medical sales role and tripled my income overnight.
From there, I immersed myself in the job, learned the industry, and worked with mentors.
Fast forward several years, and I started helping others break into medical sales. At first, it was just friends of friends. My joke back then? “If you get the job, I get 10% of your salary!”
Money never exchanged hands, but we did celebrate with a steak dinner.
My career took off, and life was full with our growing family—raising our 3 girls, traveling, and cheering on their sports teams.
Today, I’m proud to still be thriving in this rewarding industry while empowering others to succeed in medical sales.
With 20 years in medical sales, 18 President’s Clubs, and 15 promotions under my belt, I’ve created a formula for helping people land their dream roles.
Sometimes, the right opportunity is already in front of you—you just need to take that first step.
Your future awaits.
