Obtaining positive results requires EFFORT in Medical Sales.

Both are great attributes!


However, motivation is a feeling that can be short lived.

Two techniques that produce favorable results in Medical Sales:


- Reward your behavior, not the result. To achieve President’s Club…it requires time and daily intention. The real victory is in making the effort on every customer interaction and executing your daily plan.


👉 We may experience success or fail on individual tasks; however, celebrate the small daily wins.


- Critique your performance and analyze the trends. Top performers are their own worst critic! Look at what you've done and objectively assess your performance. Ask others you trust - manager, coach, and mentors - to critique your territory sales performance and offer advice.


👉 Track the trends and make adjustments.


Get crystal clear about what you want and incorporate systems that will help you achieve results.
