Your career is a moving target šŸŽÆ so be ready to modify and adapt.

ā° Over time, our goals typically change. This can alter our attitude towards the job. If you are not happy, you donā€™t need to tough it out šŸ¤ŗ in your current role.

Our work should be ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ energizing!

Itā€™s okay to look šŸ‘€ elsewhere and obtain different experiences. When things start to feel taxing, listen to

that šŸš¦signalā€¦itā€™s time to re-evaluate your career.

Check the pulse šŸŽ§ of your current career:

šŸŒˆ Is your job rewarding? How are you helping people or society?

šŸ’Ŗ What are your strengths and how are you using them at your employer?

šŸŖœ Make a pros vs. cons listā€¦which side wins?

šŸ’ƒšŸ» What parts of your job do you find yourself gravitating towards?

šŸŒš Are there certain portions of your job that drain your energy?

šŸ’² Financially, how much do you need to earn to obtain your goals and retire?

šŸ¤· Think about your co-workers, supervisor, and leadership teamā€¦are these the people you want to invest your time with? Are they supporting your professional needs?

šŸ”© What tools and resources does your company provide for your career development?

Leaving your employer is not always the correct action.
